  We are seeking passionate, professional instructors committed to helping Japanese English learners achieve their goals! As an AEON Online outsource instructor, you will teach one-on-one English conversation classes online. After signing the outsource contract, we provide onboarding workshops and demo lessons to help you understand our materials and lesson flows prior to starting a teaching schedule. Our instructors teach using a wide variety of quality materials produced both in-house and 3rd party. * Make a meaningful difference. You’ll have a positive impact on both your students’ lives and Japanese society. Beyond improving English skills, you’ll help learners gain confidence and open up new opportunities. Hearing students say “I can do it now” or “Thank you” is one of the most rewarding parts of this work. *Develop your communication and teaching skills. Through lessons and training workshops, you can continually strengthen your presentation, communication, and teaching abilities. * Connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Work with learners of different ages, professions, and life experiences, expanding your perspectives and values. If you have an interest in Japan or Japanese culture, building relationships with Japanese learners can be especially rewarding. * Enjoy flexible working arrangements. Because lessons are online, you can work from home in a way that fits your lifestyle. Many instructors balance this role alongside full-time jobs, studies, household responsibilities, or childcare.

• 給与

  時給制 900円 〜 1,800円

• 給与備考

  ・From ¥900 (tax included) per 25-minute lesson slot Instead of the hourly wage system, the actual cost will be paid according to the number of lessons conducted. ・Workshops: ¥1,500 (tax included) per hour Workshops are provided to learn teaching content; participation is recommended for inexperienced instructors. Workshops are conducted online.
